The Best Weight Loss Exercise: Interval Training

Posted by admin in Better Medical Resources

If you have read my article called Exercise: Essential, then you can
skip down to the next section, called How to do Interval Training. Read on if you need a reminder of the basic principles of exercise for weight loss. Skip to the bottom to find a link to the whole article on Exercise.

Aerobic exercise is fat burning exercise. As you do some activity using large
muscles (legs, especially) that raises your heart rate but still allows you to breathe
normally, your body will burn fat with the oxygen you’re breathing. However, your
body will only burn blood-sugar at first, because it’s easily available. So, to get to
the fat-burning stage, you have to exercise for at least 20 minutes, preferably 30
minutes or more. Walking and bicycling at a gentle pace are examples of aerobic
activities. Read more in my article on Aerobics.

Anaerobic exercises are high-intensity exercises that get your muscles working
hard, and you will have trouble breathing. The word “anaerobic” means “without air”,
meaning that you will be breathing fast, but still not getting enough oxygen to
properly fuel your muscles. This leads to muscle strengthening, but it also means
that you’re burning blood-sugar only, not fat, and you end up with lactic acid that
will make your muscles feel like they’re burning. Weight training and sprinting are
anaerobic activities.

You can keep doing aerobic exercise longer than anaerobic exercise, and you’ll burn
about equal amounts of calories overall doing either. Aerobic exercise burns those
calories from fat during the exercise. Anaerobic exercise only burns blood-sugar,
but burns a lot of fat later (the rest of the day) to replace the energy. Is it possible to
combine the two, so that you can burn fat while exercising, and keep burning the
rest of the day? Yes, with Interval Training.

How to do Interval Training

The “intervals” in Interval Training are alternating periods of high-intensity exercise
with low-intensity rest periods. This allows a person to keep exercising for at least
30 minutes to kick in the effects of aerobic activity, but it is also intense enough to
strengthen the heart and provide the long-term fat burning of high-intensity
exercise. The idea is simple, but ingenious, and amazingly effective.

You can do interval training using a time-measure or a distance-measure. If you
prefer to run indoors in a gym’s track, then there is probably a clock to watch while
running, so time would be more convenient to keep track. If you prefer to train
outdoors, it may be inconvenient to look at your watch every few seconds, so going
by distance will probably be easier. If you use time, you should run as fast as you
can for one full minute, then walk for two minutes. After that, run again for one
more minute and rest by walking for two minutes. Keep repeating this three-minute
cycle until 30 minutes have elapsed overall. If you prefer to chart distance, you will
want to run about a half-mile, then walk for one-quarter mile, and keep alternating
that.

Benefits of Interval Training

World-class athletes already know that Interval Training is the best way to improve
almost every aspect of running performance. The fist effect is that high-intensity leg
exercise, like running, will make your legs stronger. That means more muscle mass,
and each gram of new muscle will burn that much more fat every minute of every
day. The second effect of high-intensity training is what people call “cardio”. That’s
short for cardio-vascular training, meaning that your heart as a muscle will grow
stronger. This will prevent many forms of heart disease, as well as improving
circulation, which has benefits for many aspects of life.

The most important benefit of Interval Training is that it is the single best way to
improve your VO2-Max. That is the volume (V) of oxygen (O2) that you take with
your deepest breath (max). VO2-max is the best measure of fitness and endurance.
Increasing your VO2-max with interval training will give you greater endurance for
everything you do, and the higher your VO2-max, the less you will feel that heat or
pressure on your lungs when you exercise. Believe me, after interval training for a
week, you will know without a fancy test that your VO2-max is improving, and soon
you’ll feel the improvement with every training session. It’s a great feeling.

Improving Intervals

Drink a little water during every rest period. If you forget your water bottle one day,
you will definately notice that you cannot run as fast or as long. The difference is
really remarkable.

Using the time method is better than distance to keep yourself honest, because as
you get faster, your half-mile will turn out to take less and less time. So, to keep
improving your performance, and keep losing weight, you should either get a
stopwatch, or else keep making your running intervals farther and farther (to make
sure they still last a whole minute).

As your VO2-max increases, you may be tempted to make your workouts last longer
overall, or to make the high-intensity periods last longer. You should do neither of
these things. Your goal should be to keep intervals of 1-minute of running
separated by 2-minutes of walking, and keep increasing the intensity of each
running interval. If you make every interval a sprint for one full minute, and keep
that up for 40 minutes, you are already a superhero. Longer workouts risk
breakdown of tissues and a high burden on your kidneys and other organs. And if
you make each interval longer, you may not be pushing your speed the most you
can, which is where the benefits are.

At the other end of the scale, if you’re just starting interval training, go easy. Too
many men start off too fast and burn themselves out within 10 minutes. That will
not benefit you. Warm up with a fast walk or a gentle jog for 10 minutes or so.
Then, try your first interval. It should be for one full minute, but just try for a pace a
little faster than a jog. Then walk for two minutes. For your next interval, just try to
maintain that fast jog pace for another full minute. Then walk again for two
minutes. Don’t sit down or stop if you can avoid it, keep walking to recover. On your
third interval, try just a little faster. If you can’t make it for the full minute, you have
just found out where your zone is. The key isn’t to try to sprint right away and only
be able to go for 20 seconds. You have to do the full minute at a constant pace, as
fast as you can sustain for one whole minute. I guarantee that it will be pretty slow
your first time. But try it again the next day, and you will be better. By the end of
two weeks, you’ll be amazed how much more fit you’ve become. I promise.

What if We Can’t Afford a Professional Wedding Photographer?

Posted by admin in Living With Relationships

If, as a couple, you find that your wedding budget has no room for the services of a professional photographer, the situation does have a remedy. Even though you are not able to take advantage of the creativity and experience of a professional you can still put together a beautiful wedding photo album that is unique and memorable.

You probably know someone in your circle of friends or family members who is an accomplished photographer or at least has a strong interest in photography. Don’t be ashamed to put the word out that you need some help in documenting your special day. The individuals you approach will probably be flattered that you have asked for their help. Some might be a little nervous about taking on this responsibility so it will be up to you to put them at ease and make it clear that there is no pressure.

It is important once you have agreed to work with your photographer that you meet and discuss your vision and expectations of the wedding photos. Please remember though, that this individual is really doing you a favour so treat them with respect and sensitivity and not as an employed professional. Ask your photographer for their ideas and input and work together on the process of planning the wedding day’s photo documentation.

Here are a few quick ideas that you can share with your photographer to get him or her started on the planning process.

1. If your wedding is being held indoors, select a scenic outdoor location in advance where you can stop after the ceremony and prior to the reception to get some photos in natural light, preferrably with a park or flower garden background.

2. When taking photos at the reception, try getting candid photos at the tables and on the dance floor. Many amateur photographers alert the subjects and the results look far too stiff and posed. More interesting shots are natural photos of people having fun and interacting naturally.

3. Every photo need not have a full view of a person included as much of the story can be told by small vignette type photos such as a close up shot of a guest’s hand signing the guest book or just the bride and groom’s hands intertwined showing the rings. Photographs such as these add great interest when interspersed in the album with the people photos.

4. Stand on a chair or kneel down when taking some shots to get differing interest perspectives.

5. Load a seperate camera with black and white film as many of these shots have a nice artistic appeal.

6. If necessary, when photographing the wedding cake, move it to a location free of background distractions.

7. If you are taking a series of group shots, make sure that you move the location as several photos with identical backdrops will get monotonous when viewed concurrently in an album.

My experience has been that having a freind or family member take the photos, often produces a more intimate result because he or she knows the people involved and often captures more meaningful shots.

Don’t forget that in all likelyhood many more people will be taking photos of their own of which some will be keepers, let your guests know that you would be interested in getting copies of their best shots.

In conclusion, while it’s a nice luxury to employ a pro you can get wonderful results using a friend as your wedding photographer.

Getting Some Perspective On Your Avoidance Habits

Posted by admin in Finance Programs

It is quite natural for human beings to avoid discomfort. Our brains are wired that way. Without thinking about it, we’ll rush in from the cold. Of course! Without really thinking about it, we’ll steer clear of somebody we don’t particularly like. Of course! Without thinking about it, we’ll bypass the ________ section of the buffet table. Of course! It’s the SPINACH section!

And without really thinking much about it, we’ll often avoid entire aspects of our financial lives. Over the years I have met many people who clearly want financial freedom but, at the same time, don’t want anything to do with money! And so it becomes important for them to see how it was they have been avoiding money in their lives. At least it becomes important if they really want ‘financial freedom’.

Do you avoid thinking or dealing with any of the following things related to money? (If you stop reading this article now, that might be a clue!)

  • your financial situation generally (where you’re at.)

  • your investments

  • your cash flow (month to month money management)

  • your debt

  • your estate planning (insurance situation)

  • your tax situation

  • your spending

  • your financial situation as it pertains to your spouse

If you’re avoiding any of these areas, it’s probably because the thought of them makes you uncomfortable in some way. Unfortunately, avoidance doesn’t make it ‘go away’. In fact, avoidance often makes things much worse, so all you’re doing is placing a larger burden on ‘your future self’.

Scientists, somewhere, ought to be working on a way to place future burdens on ’some other person’ rather than our future selves. (No word on that yet, unfortunately). What we avoid today still tends to pop up later in life. If we aren’t paying attention to our finances, it will show in the future. If we’re racking up debt today, it will come home to roost in the future. If we’re not doing proper estate planning, somebody is going to get it in the nose in the future. These things don’t go away because we’re pre-occupied with our shoe laces.

But what a difference a little attention makes! To be on the other side of the avoided issue, knowing it has been taken care of. Knowing we’re now steadily increasing our net worth instead of going in the hole. Knowing our family is taken care of if we die. Knowing we’ll open a gift of savings in the future, not a gift of debt. Knowing it REALLY wasn’t all that scary once we turned our attention to it and dealt with it face on.

The first step to managing the financial issues we’re avoiding, though, is to know what it is we’re avoiding. The ‘why’ doesn’t matter that much. It’s because it is uncomfortable. Well, so what! That discomfort will be temporary, and on the other side of it is a REAL comfort zone. The REAL comfort zone of knowing things have been dealt with, rather than the FANTASY comfort zone constructed by avoidance and denial.

It is a great feeling to know it is REALLY taken care of.

Imaginings

Posted by admin in Occultism

Most people like movies. Some, like me, are enthralled by them. I am sure that making a movie is a lot of work; but to me, it seems like it must be the most fun in the world. I especially love movies that I can get so caught up in that they become real; so real that I forget that I am watching a movie. I fantasize about becoming an actor/director in a movie that I have scripted.

It would become known as a classic. Drama, comedy, action, romance, special effects, stunning plot twists and more. It would be like creating magic. All arising out of my imagination. What fun!

Try this perspective on for size…

The real you is the spiritual being who has chosen to live this experience of being alive on planet earth right now. You are the actor / director / screenplay writer of this marvelous virtual reality movie called your life.

As the actor, you get to choose how to play the character, what emotions to experience, what responses to circumstances, what nuances to bring to your role, how real to make your assumed character, what motivations drive the person you are playing.

As the director, you get to choose the perspectives (camera shots), paint the scene, set the tone, coach the actor to be the best, control the pace of action, emphasize certain aspects of the plot, play down others and bring the storyline to life, make it real and believable.

As the screenwriter, you get to create the main character (hero), script the story, decide how it unfolds, how it turns out, add clever dialogue, add in other interesting characters, add in the plot twists and turns, adapt the story as the characters develop their roles and as the director emphasizes certain perspectives of the storyline.

Finally, as the editor, you get to patch together the multitude of scenes into one coherent whole. You even get to cut out some scenes and leave them on the cutting room floor as not being essential to the final version.

The real you, your higher self, your spiritual essence knows this is a movie. You, as the ultimate method actor, get so caught up in your role that you forget it is a movie. You may have forgotten that you are also the director and the screenwriter and most certainly have forgotten that you will be the editor who cuts and pastes all the action shot to create the final version that the real you will enjoy as audience.

It is time to remember that you can choose how this all unfolds and turns out. It is time to become a conscious creator.

“All the world’s a stage,
And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts…”

Propane fire pits

Today all of us are used to fire pits to light our nights or to keep us warm or just to have some summer fun. Several types of fire pits are now available in the market and different fire pit plans have set it. One of the most common and often advised fire pit solution is gas based fire pits, propane fire pits for instance. They require a supply of gas through a pipe to the fire pit for functioning and the supply of gas must be kept at a certain minimum distance from the fire pit to assure safety!

Propane fire pits not only burn cleanly and efficiently but are also ready to hook up to new or existing natural gas or propane fuel sources. Propane fire pits definitely do have their share of advantages and are thankfully easily available and readily accessible too and probably relatively cheap fire pit solutions. Propane fire pits may not be the best of the lot out there in the market but they certainly do have appeal value, at least for the common man and can do wonders in the lives of most commoners! If that isn’t enough for you, then you can obviously consider alternative fire pit solutions in that case

Child Communication Skill: Do You Really Know What Your Child Is Saying To You?

Posted by admin in Children

Here’s the scene of communication with your child: your three-year-old boy is bawling his eyes out. Hurriedly, you run over, and ask “What’s wrong?”. But no answer is spoken, the tears just keep coming out, and the vocal cords just keep on saying “waaaaaaah!”.

You start talking to him in that sweet and soft voice of yours to cajole him to tell you what his problem is. You really want him to calm down now. But when he’s asked questions like “Is something hurting you?” or “Are you hungry?” he doesn’t answer. He just keeps on crying.

Your sweet soft voice keeps on going, hoping to find that magic breakthrough to get him to stop crying. After a while, the frustration builds up within you. You just can’t get through to him. He’s just not saying anything. The smoke starts to build up in your ears. You want to help, but there’s this communication barrier now between you and your boy. So you persist, but still your boy ain’t budging from his bawling.

So now what are you going to do?

What you’re dealing with here is an issue of communication. Communication between people is a very complex process involving language, symbolism, nuances, non-verbal signals and so on. All the more so with young children. Because of their young age and lack of education, development and experience in communicating themselves, they can often have nearly-impossible-to-overcome barriers in trying to express themselves.

You probably wish to have the kind of home environment where:

not only your kids say what they think or feel but also…
you can understand them all the time.
You need to break down those barriers of communication that keep you from fulfilling your relationships with your kids. You can be a part of their lives in a very healthy and helpful way.

Would you believe that children who are actually good and well-meaning become “bad” children simply because they are frustrated over wanting to express a simple feeling or idea? Imagine this: They want or need something. But they cannot express it because they don’t know how.

So they do what they know. Like doing something around the house that’s not allowed -break a toy, scream, cry, pull their younger sibling’s hair, etc.

Do you (or any other parent) want such a thing in your home? Probably not.

You can find out for yourself that with a few steps, you can go a long way to overcoming some of these communication barriers. Develop routines and habits with your children during those times when all is going well, so that when the crisis does come, you are already prepared for it. It works the same way as preventive medicine. Work with the issue BEFORE it becomes a problem.

On your own you can try a few of these pointers. Have in your mind the goal that you want to achieve- a freely flowing communication with your children. You and your children should be able to talk to one another in a very calm expressive way using words, sentences, gestures, facial expressions and the like. (Note: This means that yelling and screaming in anger is NOT considered a healthy communication. It will often result in the listener reacting to the outburst in a unhealthy way. This is especially true for when parents yell at their children.)

Take upon yourself to try some of the following exercises, and see what the results are:

1) Show the child that you are ready to listen and pay full attention to what the child is saying. Let the child feel that there is someone who is going to try to listen to them. This will cut down on the degree of frustration for the child.

2) Encourage the child to talk in full sentences if possible. Sometimes children (who can actually talk properly) often just whine, cry, or say one-word expressions, simply because they are accustomed to doing so.

3) Prepare different options for the child to express himself- signs, objects, drawing, etc. You need to be creative here. Sometimes ideas can be expressed in the most unconventional ways- e.g. a child can create a scenario with toy figures.

4) Make sure you are able to repeat to the child what the child said to you. This is a crucial part of the process because for the child this is the guaranteed confirmation that you understood the child’s expression.

Story: Someone hit 6-year-old Sally. Sally comes home crying. Mommy keeps on asking Sally what happened, but for some reason she can’t say it in words. Mommy takes Sally by the hand and brings her over to the art table where there is some paper and some big fat kiddie markers ready for her. Sally sits down and starts drawing in her 5-year-old way the following picture: stick figures of a little girl and a little boy. The boy has his hand on the girl’s face. Mommy sees this and figures that the boy is hitting the girl in the face. She asks Sally if this is so. Sally nods. “AHA!” thinks Mommy. “now I understand…..”

What You Need to Know in Regards to Betting Rooms + Gaming Through the Internet

Posted by admin in Beyond Cats, World Of Gambling

The difficulties of frequenting a real betting room makes it recommendable to give it up as a bad job if you can avoid it. In fact you don’t need to go out for a stint of online poker or related games because you’ll do all this from your familiar home office provided you own a functional personal computer and an Internet access account. On the other hand, before you start indulging yourself, there’s lots of details that you positively should see in regards to online poker or related games, notably if you’re still a tyro.

Always wanted to try online casinofun? Click here, now!

The first thing that yours truly as a smooth online gamester definitely would check is an online poker or related games Web page of the category capable of offering the best odds. See to it the online poker or related games Web page has partnered with a reputable certified public accountant to establish their quoted casino games’ payout percentage routinely. Always establish that the online card playing Web page holds a license, such as by exploring the govt. operating authorization on the webpage. If it’s impossible to pinpoint any govt. operating authorization on a given online card playing Web page, do not remotely think of venturing with that host.

Moreover, another tip would obviously be to try your hand at the start in modest amounts instead of doling out so much it can hurt right from the start. Check, first of all, the health of this online card playing structure rather than chancing some severe menace- notably in terms of money… And now, the last most significant tip in regards to virtual wagering. It can only be to never lose sight of the fact that gambling in online casinos should actually be about entertainment and not so much about big bucks. Gambling isn’t a trade, but a leisure pursuit that can make you ecstatic and your entire life pleasing. So, having heeded the the tips summarized, you can now defer to the charm of online card playing! :)

Comeback Bench Program

Posted by admin in Sports Hub

For those who are not familiar with my name, I am a National Level Strongman competitor in the United States. I lift stones that weigh just under 400 pounds, flip a 900+ pound tire routinely, and lift logs overhead. I eat regular food and drink a protien powder, that’s it. My strength comes from my training, and that is why you can benefit from my programs. This program and the weights used are representative of my strength several years ago. Using this and other programs, my strength has soared to new heights, and so can yours!

This is a program that I have used in the past when I haven’t been lifting for awhile and I wanted to get back in benching shape as quickly as possible. It involves heavy singles 3 or 4 times a week for as long as it works, which is usually 3 to 5 weeks. If you haven’t lifted at all for a while, you will need to get a couple of lighter bench workouts under your belt before you undertake this program. With that being said, let me take you with me through the first time I used this program and show you what I learned about it.

When I started this program, my previous best shirtless bench was 445. After taking some time off, I couldn’t get past 385 for a couple of months. I started this program planning on benching 4 or 5 times a week, or basically as often as I could without overtraining. The first day I warmed up with 135 for a few reps, then 225, 315, and 365. At that point I could feel that I was near my max for the day. Since the idea was to do multiple singles near my max, I did 385 and then a couple more singles at 365. Some days I did no assistance work at all, and others I did some tricep and bicep work. The main program is just heavy near max singles several times a week in the bench press. I repeated that workout 4 times that week and the weight seemed to feel only a little lighter by the end of the week.

When Monday rolled around I was able to do 405 for 2 singles, 385 for 2 singles, and 365 for 6 more singles. I got 405 in each of the 3 other workouts that week, but my total number of sets was more like 4 or 5 singles each workout instead of 10. I felt like I might have been able to do a little more weight on a couple of occasions, but I didn’t want to overtrain.

The next week I was surprised when I pressed 435! I mean, I know I had done 445 in the past, but I was stuck at 385 for a couple months and in only 2 full weeks of this program I was already up 50 pounds! The next day I lifted 440 and I was starting to really believe in this crazy program. I only did one more workout that week and only went up to 405 so that I would be fresh for the next Monday.

On Monday, after 3 full weeks on the program, I benched 450 pounds without any supportive equipment. That is a 5 pound all-time personal record, and 65 pounds more than the 385 I had been stuck at for 2 months! I couldn’t believe it, and I wanted to stay on this program forever. That’s when I discovered that this program was only effective for a short time.

It is very difficult for the body to deal with the stress of benching heavy 4 times a week. All of a sudden 405 seemed heavy and it was obvious to me that I had reached the point where I needed to reduce my benching to once or twice a week again. Now I know that common belief is that all programs work for a little while, but let’s face the facts: very few programs can boast even a 20 or 30 pound strength gain in a few weeks, much less 65 pounds. I also admit that it is much easier to regain strength than to gain it in the first place. My experience is that although it is easier to regain strength, it is still amazing to be able to break through a plateau and set a personal record in only 3 weeks. Especially when the 3 week increase is 65 pounds!

I am currently testing a variation of this program on a friend who is serving in the Armed Forces in the Middle East right now. I will be writing another article about what we learn, when he returns later this year.

Until the next time,

Lift Hard and Lift Heavy!

Selling Strategies - Setting a Stop Loss

Posted by admin in Investment + More

Sometimes the best way of lowering exposure to risk is not to invest at all! However, when we make the decision to jump into the muddy waters of the stock market, its always a good idea to have a life jacket ready, just in case.

We all have stories of that “must have” “can’t lose” stock that looking back, we didn’t really need to buy, and it definitely lost. So, how to best protect yourself when the markets disagree with your due diligence? Trailing stop loss.

Its important to understand the psychology of investing. When we make money, there is instant euphoria. When we start to lose money, there is a sudden “deer caught in the headlights” type of emotion, which makes us unable to do the right thing. We fear that the moment we sell, will be the moment that it starts to rebound. Not only do we fear that we will be that guy who sold at the low of the day, but that we will miss out on untold fortunes because we got out too early.

While this happens, more often than not, a small loss turns into a much bigger loss. Remember, a 40% loss started off as a 5% loss.

So what is the best stop loss strategy? Well, we happen to have 2. One simple, one a little more complicated, but possibly more effective and capital saving.

The first strategy is called a “trailing stop loss”. Its simple and effective. We’re going to add a small twist to it. A traditional trailing stop loss simply means that you set a percentage that you are willing to lose. For example, if you purchase 1000 shares of ABC at $5/share, you could set a stop loss at 10%. This means that if the stock dips below 10% of your purchase price ($5 - 10% = $4.50), you’re out of the market and no longer risking capital. If the share price moves higher, you would set your stop loss at 10% below the closing price. If ABC moves to $5.50, you would set your stop loss at $4.95. If the stock drops below that price, you’re out.

By setting your stop loss at the time of your purchase, you are taking the emotion out of investing. Specifically, you are taking out the “deer caught in the headlights” emotion. This will save you grief and will save you money. If your stock moves like you think it will, you can lock in your gains automatically.

Our twist to this strategy though, is to first establish the dollar amount that initial stop loss is worth, and let that dictate what your stop loss will be.

Given the same example as above, your initial stop loss would be $4.50. You would only be risking $0.50 per share or $500. This represents the most you are willing to lose, regardless of which way the investment goes.

If the share price moves to $7.00, instead of setting your stop loss at $6.30, (thus risking $0.70 or $700 of your money), you would set your stop loss at $6.50, which risks the same $500 you were initially willing to lose when you first started.

This little twist helps you keep more of your profitable investments. Why put more profits at risk?

The second stop loss strategy is, although a little more complicated, will protect more of your money.

While we would love to take credit for this strategy, we found it when reading Chart Trading by Darryl Guppy. This strategy starts by looking at your overall capital, not the amount of the specific investment. For example, if you had $20 000 in your investment account, you could trade 51 times if each time you invested you put 2% of your total capital at risk.

While 2% doesn’t sound like a lot, lets have a look at an example. Given your investment account has $20 000 in it and you only want to put 2% of it at risk, you would be willing to risk $400 per trade. This ensures that you will have 51 chances to get it right before you run out of money.

Where you set your stop loss is basically the point where you are risking $400. Given our initial example, your stop loss would be at $4.60. If the price moves from $5 to below $4.60, you have lost $400. What if you purchased 2000 shares at the same $5? Your stop loss would be then set to $4.80. Anything below that, and you have risked more than $400. If you think that you want a deeper stop loss, then you would purchase fewer shares. The idea is simple: you never risk more than the same amount per trade.

As the price increases, you then change the amount of your stop loss accordingly. If the stock hits $7, you would set your stop loss at $6.60.

Given our initial stop loss strategy, assuming you lost $500 each trade, you could lose approximately 40 times before you ran out of money. However, what if you purchased 2000 shares at $5 each? Your 10% stop loss would put $1000 at risk. This will lower the number of chances you have at getting it right.

Its up to you how much money you are preparing to risk. Many investors think of the ways they are going to spend their profits before they are made. Its much better to think about the amount you are prepared to lose. This way, when your hard work pays off, you’ll appreciate it more. On the other hand, if the market disagrees with you, you can still keep the majority of your money!
